Expert in corporate and financial communication, José Antonio has acted as consultant on numerous corporate operations, including M&A, disinvestment, joint ventures and IPOs. For 10 years, he worked at multinational firm Burson Marsteller, where he was chief executive.
Since 1997, Alejandro has been heading up the process of expansion in Latin America, where he has been in charge of our eight offices. He has also guided the communication processes of three of the 10 most important M&A deals in Latin America.
From 1999 until he joined the firm in early 2011, Jorge was director of corporate and legal affairs, compliance and communication for the Iberian Peninsula in Japan Tobacco International. Jorge is also a professor at the IE Business School of Madrid.
