Andrew is a Brussels veteran with 20 years of experience in EU law and public affairs. o After several years practice at the Bar, he has managed the public affairs practices of many leading public affairs agencies and led many high-profile campaigns. A Management Committee member of EPACA (the European Public Affairs Consultancies Association) since 2007, Andrew teaches EU public affairs at the Université Paris-Dauphine.
