Founded in Sydney, Australia, in 2007, the business quickly became the most forward-thinking and innovative player in the domestic agency landscape, having been named PR Agency of the Year for the last six years and winning five Cannes Lions, including a Grand Prix in 2014.
In January 2015, One Green Bean launched its London office. The U.K. business replicates the successful model first established down under. Anthony is co-founder and group CEO of One Green Bean and sister advertising agency Host. He is currently chairman of the Australian Effie Awards, was inaugural chairman of peak industry body the Communications Council (2010-13), jury president at Spikes Asia and juror at Cannes Lions in 2013 in the Branded Content and Entertainment category.
A consumer brand specialist, Kat co-founded One Green Bean in 2007. Her focus within the business is creative excellence—ensuring the delivery of big, provocative ideas designed to have huge impact in popular culture, in the news and on social networks. Kat’s career spans close to two decades, working in both London and Sydney, and she is a well-regarded champion of effective creativity in the industry.
Carl joined One Green Bean in May 2015, following several successful CEO and managing director tenures at creative agencies in both Australia and the U.K. A strategist by trade, with more than 25 years in the industry, Carl is responsible for ensuring that the agency continues to deliver brave work for clients with an appetite to do things differently.
Matt has more than two decades of agency experience and has worked for some of the world’s leading brands (including Samsung, Unilever, Coca-Cola and Molson Coors) to create award-winning communications campaigns. After three years heading up the One Green Bean Australian operation, Matt relocated back to the U.K. in January 2015 to take up the position of managing director of One Green Bean’s new London office.
